El pasado sábado 22 de mayo, el equipo de formadores de la Escuela de Humanidades y Negocios HUNE impartió el Taller Formativo “Competencias para la Autonomía Personal” dirigido a los Asistentes Personales del Programa de Apoyo a la Vida Independiente, gestionado por la Asociación ASPAYM- Madrid y financiado por la Consejería de Familia y Asuntos Sociales de la Comunidad de Madrid.
Este taller está encuadrado en el Ciclo de Formación “Crezcamos juntos” que actualmente HUNE está desarrollando en el Programa de Apoyo a la Vida Independiente para personas con diversidad funcional (discapacidad) física, cuyo objetivo es potenciar y reforzar su grado de autonomía y auto- gestión personal para desarrollar una actividad plena dentro de su comunidad.
En esta ocasión, los participantes de la acción formativa fueron los profesionales de apoyo al colectivo, concretamente los Asistentes Personales, quienes participaron activamente en las dinámicas de Inteligencia Emocional y Coaching Grupal diseñadas para fomentar su propia autonomía personal, lo que repercutirá positivamente en su desempeño laboral.
